    Dresdner Herbst – Messeplanung und -probleme

    Momentan befindet sich INlife, besonders in Form von Dirk und mir, tief im Messeplanungsstress für die diesjährige Dresdner Herbstmesse (29.10.2010-31.10.2010). Das unser Auftritt da kein Selbstläufer wird und die Planung sicher nicht von allein von Hand geht, war uns von vornherein bewusst, dass es so ein Kraftakt ist jedoch nicht.

    Die Dresdner Herbstmesse unterteilt sich in 5 Hallen zu 5 Themengebieten: LebensArt, Gesundheit, Handwerksmesse meisterhaft, Sax-Immobilia & Eigenheim, sowie die Energie & Umwelt Halle auf der wir mit Stromvergleich.de als Aussteller vertreten sein werden.

    Bereits im Juli hatten wir bei den Veranstaltern unseren Kleiderschrank Messestand von insgesamt 4m² gebucht. Von da an passierte leider auch erst einmal garnix, bis wir seit nunmehr 3 Wochen tief in der Messeplanung verankert sind. So mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das einfache Buchen eines Standes nicht impliziert das man dann da irgendetwas inbegriffen hat.

    So hatten wir also die kleine weiße Hülle, aber weder Internet noch irgendeine Sitzfläche, dafür einen grauen Teppich. Also wurde Internet dazu gebucht, was direkt mit circa 150€ zu Buche schlug. Bei einem Preis von 150€ für einfaches Internet könnte man ja davon ausgehen, das man damit auch unsere geplanten 2 PCs betreiben kann – aber weit gefehlt. Der Preis gilt nämlich nur für einen PC. Demnach durften wir noch zusätzlich einen UMTS-Stick organisieren und hoffen nun das der Empfang in der Halle ausreichend ist um damit den 2. PC in Stand zu halten.

    Sollte das nicht möglich sein, wir im Dunkeln sitzen oder uns abgekapselt von der Zivilisation ohne (bzw. mit 1 PC) Internet wiederfinden, muss wohl kurzfristig improvisiert werden. Am Montag folgt Teil 2, mit Berichten über die Personalplanung, weitere Schwierigkeiten und einem Display was uns ernsthaft Sorgen bereitet.

    Wie man am Bild sehen kann, hat aber zumindest der Flyer schon zur relativen Zufriedenheit geführt. Immerhin ein was, was halbwegs geklappt hat!

      Kleiderschrank ist schon die richtige Aussage!!! ;-)

      Ich bin ja überzeugter Nichtkontakter und daher ist das Internet wie für mich geschaffen. Mit richtigen Menschen zu reden wird mich nach 3 Tagen Messe dann sicher schaffen. Wir wollen aber mal rausfinden was die Leute so sagen und Ziel ist eine schwarze Null!
