Während das Feedback üblicherweise natürlich positiver Natur ist, Kunden sich bedanken oder sich einfach weiter beraten lassen wollen, ereilte uns heute auf den Postweg Feedback der etwas anderen Art.

    Da war ein Kunde unseres Homepagebaukasten Homepage.eu scheinbar etwas überrascht, dass man für eine erbrachte Premium-Leistung (Auswahl eines Premiumpakets inkl. Domain und ohne Werbung) auch tatsächlich Geld zahlen muss. Was wir “Heinis” und “Raffnasen” uns bloß dabei gedacht haben :doh_tb:

      Ohne Vorkasse kannst Du solchen Schnarchnasen keine kostenpflichtigen Features geben. Da hast Du Kosten, aber oft kein Geld.

      Also erst sollte per Sofortüberweisung.de überwiesen werden, oder mit Kreditkarte gezahlt werden, und dann wird sofort die Domain gereggt…
